Writing does help me structure my thoughts which are often focused on the development of three different projects at the same time. In fact three is a pretty good number for me personally. I often like to read three different books at once so I can fit my mood, or what I am doing, around a particular story. Writing three different things at the same time means I can leave my brain to come up with a solution to a challenge without having to focus solely on that problem. But I can only leave the brain challenge unsupervised if I am absorbed in something else.
I know other people that function this way but they then find it hard to go back and complete. Luckily I don't have that problem - instead I eventually have to say to myself that is now good enough and good enough will do.
Trust the Nature Therapy Journal is good enough and others will reading and using it.
